Any office managers out there who are familiar with the new labor law posters?

I'm having to renew my company's labor law posters every year, which I know, by law I am supposed to. By any chance, if I already have the new minimum wage for 2008, do I still need to reorder a whole new one to replace the old one for 2007? Thanks.

I didn't
but if I had just one employee who is a trouble maker I guess I would.

I dont think so.......as long as you have the current minimum wage you should be okay. I have been at my job for 6 years and we dont even have a labor law poster hanging anywhere.

I know our VP of operations has one in his desk, but its not posted and it is a 2007.

yes. And just for the record my former boss never put the posters up ... probably why her building inspection failed 3 times... not to mention her business

No. As long as the poster reflects the current information you do not need to replace it.
