Rann's Law and order Policies: Removal of Civil Liberties , from a Labor?? Government?

Are there any other South Australians out there that are feeling the dread of watching a so-called Peoples Government (Labor) go down the road of behavioural control by legislation? They can dress it up in any nice guise that they like but it only parallels Germany in the period leading up to WWII and the start of it. To control the population the government NEEDS to have a bogie-man, a group to marginalise and blame for social breakdown, with Hitler it was the Jews, Gypsies, Jehovah's Witnesses and Homosexuals. The incitement of hatred and fear doesn't only exist situations of ethnicicity but anywhere where a group chooses to be DIFFERENT to those around it are automatically villians. In this Country, it was my belief, that a person was adjudged innocent until proven guilty in a Court of Law. It appears a reverse onus approach makes problems much easier to handle for the Government, let them prove their innocence, O.K. for Europe, but it is not our system. Division of Powers?

u act suprised, it was the communists causing trouble in germany back then, and many communists are in labor party now causing trouble , ok for europe? you think they are all happy? take a look around the internet, many citizens of the eu dont like their country losing its soverignty for a socialist nwo agenda i suppose u vote labor too
