What are the common labor problems in the Philippines where employees go to labor court?

lack of benefits from the company like low-wages, unpaid and under paid wages, unpaid SSS, GSIS, pag ibig funds, Health Insurances, no health benefits, and in some part, harrassments. Poor employees, I just hope that miracles still happens so to HELP those poor employees from the philippines.

bad working condition and low salary, overtime not paid sometimes
