Labor Laws in California? i dont know about breaks (paid, unpaid? etc.)? |
if you work less than 8 hours how much break are you allowed and how much of it is paid? same for working over 8 hours? help! im trying to get the money i deserve for working so much over the holidays. i need to have counted my hours exactly!! i suspect my boss of cheating my hours! If you work more than 4 hrs but less than 8 you get one break and lunch, if you work 4hrs or less you just get a break.
