Nope... I live in Kentucky and have had many jobs where I worked more than 10 part time days in a row.... and no overtime.

if you work over 40 hrs and its not salary

If a work week is considered Sunday through Saturday .... and I worked Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday .. and Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday ... then I just worked ten days straight however I only worked 40 hours each week ... so nope ... no overtime! Just depends on what is considered a work week at your job.
