Labor laws and Florida? |
Can a company in Florida legally pay the first 40 hrs of week on commission only, and any overtime as a base pay only? Any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated. I have listed the link to the Florida Labor law. Depends on the contractual relationship between the company and the individual. Discuss this with an attorney who handles labor issues & with whom you can discuss all the circumstances. |
