Labor law questions?

If you have a dispute with your immediate supervisor that cannot be solved. You put in a 2 week notice, then your supervisor, along with one of her supervisors, tell you that you cannot put in the notice because she (your supervisor) had already started action to dismiss you prior to your notice. Can this be done? Is there any action that can be taken ?

let them dismiss you anyway and you might can get unemployment and sue them

Document everything that happened and take all of you documentation to an employment law lawyer. You may be entitled to unemployment or damages ($) if you were wrongfully fired.
