Labor laws on changing employee rate of pay? |
my current job is changing my pay from a salary to an hourly position, what righs do i have to protect me in this change it also depends on the terms of your employment.. if you are an at will employee, private contractor or what.. it doesnt say in your post anything specific enough.. Those would depend on the state you work in. Generally, they can decide how to pay you. |
