Kansas Labor Laws? |
What (or where can I find) information on compensation for hourly employees working over 40 hours a week? What are the laws regarding time and a half pay? Check back in a few minutes and I should have the statutes for you, but...it is Kansas law that employers must post a poster that gives employees information on their various rights (workers comp, hours, pay, etc.).
