Florida labor laws include a 30 min lunch break and 2 15 min every 8 hours dont they? Our company takes out the 30 min lunch break every day, but I don't know about any 15 min breaks? By law in Florida they are required to give you a lunch break. However they don't have to pay you for your 15 min. breaks if you don't take them. Report It |
