California Labor Laws, Reporting time pay...? |
I visited the website http://www.dir.ca.gov/dlse/FAQ_Reporting... it had answered only one of my questions. Is there a time limit on how far in advanced my employer has to call me to inform me not to come in before they are required to pay me "time pay"? if you mean before a scheduled shift, it is 2 hours. |
