Michigan Labor Laws? |
I have been working for the same employer for 7 yrs as customer service. We have always gotten paid hourly and very minimal commissions. This morning we were presented with an hourly pay decrease of $2.00 and our commissions were increased. In order for me to still make weekly what I have been making I have to bring in 40 sales a week (average sales a week total for our office is 30) Is this legal? Yeah, money problems are my boss paying $28,000 in advertising with a company that just started up this month. Yes it is. Hate to say it but it is legal, but not ethical. Your company has a poor organizational culture. Are they having money problems? |
