If labor abolishes work choices, will i have to stay on my current agreement? |
my current work agreement puts me on a 38 hr week. if i do overtime of say 1 hour on monday, tuesday and wednesday i can be given an early day on friday and not paid penalties for overtime worked. If you're on a AWA now, that agreement will stay in place until you leave or the contract runs out (depending on how long you signed up for in on the original agreement). File a complaint against your company for not paying the correct payments so that the Labor Office will make the proper actions for the observance of labor standards. |
