Indiana labor laws?

is it illegal in Indiana to dock 2 days of pay from
a salary manager that is not required to clock in or out? also can an employer keep your paycheck if you don't turn in your keys?

im not sure about the docking of pay but they can not keep your paycheck. they can make it really difficult for you but in the end they can't keep your check. i do see your employers side though. i wouldn't want a discruntled employee having keys to my place of business, no matter what the argument was. call the labor board though if u dont find a sufficient answer. good luck!
