Juvenile assult with a deadly weapon. [serious people only]?

i am 15 years old a white male.
this guy was selling weed and stole my 20$ so i hit him in the face twice with brass knuckles what charges am i facing and maximum jail time? oh and what if the person drops charges or doesn't press any?

i live in las vegas.
he wasn't hurt much just his nose was all bloody and the police weren't involved he hasn't ben coming to school sence.

Um if you were buying drugs he was just as wrong and can be arrested for trafficking also if he was on the drugs you can maim his credibility because he was under the influence

This depends more on where you live than anything else. Many states have a separate juvenile offender code from the adult criminal code, Depending on how badly the person was hurt, you could face from as little as disorderly conduct all the way up to attempted murder.

If the police were involved, it won't really matter if the person does not want to press charges as the state will. Jail time will depend on the charges and convictions if any. You really need to discuss this with a local attorney in order to get detailed advise.

That is called defense I believe? If a dude steals your stuff you have the right to get it back Im pretty sure.
