Are juvenile records valid wen an adult ? |
i wanted to knwo are juvenile records valid when an adult i want to apply for a police job but will the juvenile record be on there ?? Um tina im sorry but you are wrong about that. Your records are sealed once you become an adult. Which means that no one can look at your records unless you committed another crime.( that even is not a valid reason to look at your record). Go ahead apply to become an officer and they will except you if you have a clean record from now on. They all realize when we are young we do somethings that are stupid. Use spell check, Yes your previous record will show up if you want to be a police officer. Your previous record was Robbery which is a lot more serious than just burglary of a building or petty theft. It will be there, but will more than likely be sealed and wont have an affect on your wanting to be a police officer ... UNLESS ... when whatever happened, you were charged as an adult. Nope. They wont be able to access them at all. |
