I ask this before but i made the question too vague yes. and you should have went back to court after your probation period and the charge would have been dismissed. get it done. If you're old enough you can purchase a gun. If you intend to apply for a concealed carry permit, assuming they have one in your state, it would depend on what your state law is concerning juvenile charges. Probably. |
