Attempted rape and attempted Kidnapping/Juvenile time?

I am not allowed to give out full details but if a 14 year old girl claims a 13 year old boy tried to rape her and kidnap her what would he get out of it?

Keep in mind,the cops said this happened on the 16th until they found out he was out of town the day and changed the date. You can see this change on their paperwork.
Also several witnesses seen her come around the boy after the boy supposedly did all this. She came around to ride a bike with him and play outside. Anything will help and will be appreciated greatly.

Oh almost forgot,not sure if this will help the answer but when they took him into custody his parents were at work and when he asked for an attorney or parents when questioned they wouldn't let him neither would they let the dad talk to him when his father called. They wouldn't let the attorney talk either after the father got ahold of him.

Sounds like this kid is trying to avoid a penalty for his actions instead of trying to prove he's not guilty, which to me means he's guilty. The little crapper should get whatever an older person would get for the same crime. Freaking rapists should be locked up for all time and have their nuts cut off no matter how old they are.
