Im not sure what i will get in court, hopefully not getting locked up?

Ok here my story i am a juvenile, i have 3 tresspassing charges on my record, tthe 1st time i went in a room(instead of court) and they gave me a warning, years later i get another one in a different county from where i liveand i went in a room again i got 20 hrs of community service, and another year later i got another tresspassing charge and i just recently went to court for it and i got 30days of detention and 28 of that day got suspended, so i got 2 days of the workforce at the detention,

but before i went to court, like 2 and a half week ago i got another tresspassing charge with commercial vandalism, but the thing is im guilty for the tresspassing, but the church said abouth the vandalism that we broke locks with tools to get in to this skate park which is a complete lie, we broke in it by bending a chicken wire fence basically which you can easily bend back perfect or buy another one, but the fence all around was bent and messed up from when the park was open and the fence was held down by these plastic things, we bent only one part of it and im getting charged for it

i had previous friend who was charged for the same thing and they made them bend the fence back and got community service and their record is worse than mine.

so my question is basically will i get locked up for this?
since i just went to court, my record has those charges and i got this charge coming up.
havent got the pre-trial date yet by the way for it.

Youz aint gonna get no time, might have t pick up trash a couple days, but no time, xpassing aint a jailable offence, vandlism might get ya a slap, but still no time.
So, they don't have sidewalks where youz live, or what?

So you've had 4 trespassing charges.

Slow learner?

The vandalism charge is correct - you damaged the fence by bending it - that there was other damage doesn't matter.

If I were the Judge, I would wonder if you just didn't get it and I'd give you some time in Jail to figure it out.

But I can't speak for the Judge you'll be seeing.

wellll, i don't know if you will be locked up or not.but may be if you are, you would think twice about doing those things again, that's the way you stay out of trouble, by not doing those things, what if every one was like you, it would be a mass, wouldn't it?

stop sweating over spilled milk. I did 10 with 2 on deathrow you definately should be more worried about school and your family rather than 60 or 90 in a detention facility

Sounds like it is about time to be locked up. Maybe being locked away will be the only way you will learn.

So basically you are a slow learner and you don't want to pay for your stupidity. I think 180 days in a nice county jail is best for you.

Hopefully a judge will recognize that you just don't get it and you need to be hit with a 2 by 4 right between the running lights. But since they can't do that 180 days plus the 28 days you owe would be about right.

They need to make these felonies so you can do some serious time. You obviously won't follow society so you need to be removed.
