Define juvenile delinquent?


Define juvenile delinquent?

A person who has been confined in a correctional facility for offenders under a certain age or has been adjudicated as violating a criminal statute that, but for his age, would make such person a criminal offender.

Any youth who does not follow the laws and causes problems in the home, school, and community.

someone who is always doing bad things.
constantly..
vandalism
theft
fights
etc......
always causing problems and doing bad stuff.
these children need help. so they don't hurt anybody or themselves anymore....and can live a nice life so they can be something other than a constant jail bird. and terror to society.
