Right to trial before a jury? |
every person accused of having committed a crime has the right to trial before a jury. should this include things like traffic offenses? what about a juvenile who appears in juvenile court (where the hearing is closed to the public and no jury is present)? yes it is yes it is in the bill of rights I'm pretty sure it's amedment 7 |
