When can i expunge my juvenile record? |
Got caught with less than a gram of weed and a potpipe at school, i think those are both misdemeanors in california. So when can i get than completely removed from my record. Your record is sealed by law when you turn 18. No action on your part is necessary. Why do you need to do that? When you turn 18 no one can look at it anyway unless you've been convicted of a violent felony. Don't worry about it. |
