Am i still on probation? its 3 months after, and i havent been contacted or called in.? |
About 6 months ago, i was put on low risk juvenile probation, for posession of alcohol. My punishment was 3 months informal probation, and 20 hours of community service. Its nearing 3 months PAST the date it supposedly ended, but i havent been contacted, and i havent been called to come in for a check up. I called several times, and left messages, and im sure i reached my PO, but he never called back. I hate living on eggshels. Is there any law or policy where, if its long past the date of expiration, they have no jurisdiction over what i do? Or because it expired, i dont have to go back and talk to them? and again it was informal probation. Please help me...I dont plan to commit any other crimes, because i've learned my lesson, its silly and immature to do such things as i did. However, i just wanna know Go back to the court that sentenced you and ask them why your probation officer hasn't been in contact and to press for a final disposition of the case. |
