How old do you have to be to go to juvenile?

How old do you have to be to go to juvenile?

If you're talking about juvenile detention, which I'm not sure about by your question, the answer would be 17 and under.

18 and over is handled by the adult courts.

That is unless you are a child being charged as an adult for particularly bad crimes.

Don't know.

Mohammad had sex with a juvenile though.

any age under 18. If it's violent in Ca. you can be tried as an adult

Most States do not send minors under 12 to juvenile detention centers. There are other "programs" that are used. We have a place called Lords Ranch here in Arkansas and they take younger problem makers.

I think it's like between the ages of 10-17 or 18.
