How old does a child have to be to go to juvenile? |
How old does a child have to be to go to juvenile? I know in Florida we have 7,8 & 9 year olds in detenion. It depends on the judge and the crime. Any age under 18. Depends on the crime though some children under 18 commit such horrible crimes they can and have been put on trial as adults. Usually 12 or 13, though there are special circumstances, such as murder! I know you have to be younger than eighteen. I think you have to be 10 to be sent there. Under 18! what State? |
