UK Lottery? |
i have received an email informing me that I have won the lottery. I went to all extents to uncover this fraud(still dont know if it is fraud) Only at the end I was informed I had to pay an amoun to an attorney to issue me with an T21 affidavit. Is ther anyone that con confirm if this so called thing exists . IS there a bankers trust in the Uk. is there an investment company called Equity investment LTD. These people make me sick when trying to ivade the privacy of innocent people. Please someone tell me if such a thing exists. i am a single parent with not a lot of money where do i get the R7500 for if i did win. Did you enter it? The lottery is a scam to entice you to deposit money for the affidavit. fraud dont reply Why don't you just ignore it? Its just a scam. Don't fall for it. it's a scam don't even give them any information If you won a UK lottery you would probabally remember enter it. did you? Don't fall for that crap. I get like 10 of those e-mails a week. I would have more money than Bill Gates now if I believed those things. First of all, check the e-mail listed in the actual message to see if it matches. Then google the e-mail address and see how many times the word "Nigerian" or "Scam" appears in your responses. DO everyone a favor and report it as spam, then ping the ISP address of the email and write it down and add it to the Spam report. That will give the authorities something to track. Sounds to good to be true doesn't it - well it probably is? If you fancy it write back saying they can take double the fee from your prize and whilst they're at it, treat themselves to dinner for being such nice people and ask them to send you the balance. But it was me I'd bin it without second thought. They're parasites feeding off the misery of the needy. Sorry and take care. If you want some good amusement, pretend to go along with it, and when they ask you to send them money via a money transfer send them a bogus money transfer number (8 digits for moneygram, 10 digits for western union) in the past ive sent scammers to the western union office 3 or 4 times before they realise they have been had! hilarious. Anyway, none of these is ever 'the genuine one' theyre all scams |
