What Intellectual property does a recipe fall under?

What Intellectual property does a recipe fall under?

They don't. You can't copyright a recipe. This is why most companies that manufacture food or beverage products guard their recipes carefully and make employees sign confidentiality agreements. This is also why there are so many mock products on the market designed to taste exactly like name brand products. I'm drinking Dr. Skipper as we speak and, yes, it tastes just like Dr. Pepper.

Not sure what you are trying to do. If I list someone elses recipe anywhere, I always give that person credit. This is especially true if it has been taken from a book.
