Does intellectual property have to be registered in order for it to be enforceable?.? |
Is their a way to check if a certain product or information is registered with intellectual property rights?. well I bought a package online from some guy on a forum it included links to other public websites and information on how to obtain more information from public records. For what reasons? depending on the potential of the product, yes, a copyright/patent would have to be filed ASAP to claim said rights Go to copyright.gov |
