Can you recommend a good intellectual property attorney?

Can you recommend a good intellectual property attorney?

Where are you? Why do you need an IP attorney?

Most good IP attorneys specialize. It's amazing that within a speciality like IP there are further specializations. The same thing happens in medicine -- within cardiology there are specialists for babies, kids and seniors. IP attorneys specialize along legal lines (patent, trademark, copyright, trade secrets), industries (e.g., software, pharmaceuticals, music, publishing) and nature of the problem (e.g., litigation, transactions, securing rights).
