Would it be easier to defend a case regarding real property or intellectual property? Explain your reasoning.?

Knowing diddly-squat about the law means I have to rely on common sense again and say that it would always be easier to deal with something tangible than intangible. Therefore, real property is my answer.

Intellectual Property! I am taking Real Property now and it is B-O-R-I-N-G!
