where can i get the piece of law saying things like: imitation of name, design and other features is prohibited

or

any kind of law about penalties for forgery?

thanks

"Imitation" or copying of products, names or even appearance is a complicated area of law. There are whole legal encyclopedias and periodicals devoted to it. You need to see an intellectual property lawyer with whom you can discuss all the facts.

Copyright Law is violated when an intellectual property is imitated but if forgery is committed, it is punishable under the Penal Laws.

It the product copyrighted? Is the product patented? If the company does not hold rights to the product than there is no infringement. However, you can file wit the local patent office, and the ITF if you do hold the proper certification of product and can prove that the product infringes upon your patents or copyrights.

You will need a good lawyer, it is the burden of the patent or copyright holder to prove infringement.
