I got a freelance contractor to design a database he willing to design database but wants to keep all source code and intellectual property rights on database..what can i do so that he can still keep rights to database but he cant demand any royalties or future sale or profits of database? i want to cover myself legally..so he cant have anyclaim on us after designing database... I hate to say this, but I think you need to contact a lawyer for this advice rather than yahoo.answers.
