What are some examples of copyright infringement in relation to the use of Web resources?


i know mp3 sharing has become a huge infrigement, but are there any other ones out there? Downloading software/shareware?


Do any conditions exist where individuals may legally use another鈥檚 intellectual property?

Any time a person copies (downloads) or distributes (uploads) a protected (copyrighted) work without permisison -- that's copyright infringement,

Using someone else's intellectual property is allowed where the work is release under a Creative Commons license (specific permissions) or some other license.
