Can Disney sue Hamas for their illegal copying of Mickey Mouse? |
intellectual property infringement or something like that... Absolutely yes.... but they haven't... the question is why not... they normally defend their product like a bear defending her cubs. They will haul a small Mom & Pop operation to trial for even the slightest infringement... But Mom & Pop aren't likely to strap a bomb to a child and send it into one of their theme parks. Just what we need....After it got filed in court, we would have to worry about suicide bombers on "Mainstreet U.S.A." I would say that if Disney made an attempt to sue, that would be a compliment to Hamas. The copying of Mickey Mouse is very poor at best and ignoring the issue would be an insult in itself. It wouldn't do them any good . Hamas isn't going to abide by any court ruling. |
