Question about drivers license and insurence?


I'm 17 and i NEED to get my license.
I live in PA. I wanted to know if i go and pass do i have to get my insurance right then? Or can i wait till when i get the money?

i mean insurance for myself.

The vehicle has to have insurance prior to you using it for the driving test to get your license
