I need to know if I have a case and how I can find a lawyer who will help me free of charge.? |
I鈥檝e decided I鈥檓 suing my mother. I need to know if I can, based on what she did. What she did to me has to be illegal. Today, I was scheduled to have my wisdom teeth taken out. I had specifically told her that I wanted to be completely under for the surgery, and she agreed. I am over 18 years of age, but I鈥檓 still under her insurance. When she found out how much it additionally cost to have the anesthesiologist come in to put me under, she fought me about me, saying she refused to pay the additional $1,100. I was perfectly capable of paying for it myself, that one part that wasn鈥檛 covered by the insurance. She then told me that I was going to have my way, end of discussion. So, I went in there today under the impression that I wasn鈥檛 going to be at all conscience for the procedure. Prior, to leaving the house, my mom gave me a 鈥檚edative鈥?to calm me (supposedly, doctor鈥檚 orders). And while under the influence of that sedative, I was asked to sign a contract basically aknolwedging that I knew what was going to be done and I did so, stupidly, and half alert. I was still feeling the effects of the sedative to think to read the fine print or what it was that I was signing. And then the procedure started. They told me they were going to give me the laughing gas, and I was confused, because I was told they鈥檝e be giving me anesthesia. They lied and said that the laughing gas came first, then the anesthesia, again I was heavily sedated so I could hardly argue, and naive as I was, I believed them. Needless to say, I didn鈥檛 go under, I was awake the whole time, only mildly out of it, but I was not unconscious like I asked to be and I cried through the procedure. My mother lied to me. She agreed to something behind my back, without my consent, and I was treated in a way I never agreed to. I want to sue her for this, and I鈥檓 dead serious. Today I found out that I wasn鈥檛 worth paying an extra $1,100 but I know for a fact she would pay that amount and more for a new designer handbag or a mani-pedi massage. I found out today that I don鈥檛 have a mother who cares about me. Please, I need help. She needs to pay for what she did to me. I鈥檓 utterly heartbroken. If you can鈥檛 offer helpful advice, do not bother posting. I need to know that I have a case. I was coerced into signing something I wasn鈥檛 aware that I was signing while under the influence. There has to be punishment. Please, any help or advice is appreciated. You don't have a mother who cares about you yet your over 18 and you are still on her insurance? Are you SERIOUSLY crying about not being "completely under" for getting your wisdom teeth out and SERIOUSLY asking about suing your MOTHER for it? i like this http://www.kanaccasbags.com/home.php?cat... |
