Not sure to tell or not |
Ok i posted a question "awhile back" about my car being stolen at work and if the job should help me pay.everyone said it was my own fault. So now i bought a new car "on my own" and my job asked me not to tell the insurance company i transport for them, if i dont tell the insurance compay and somthing bad happens the incsurance won't cover it. i feel i will be fired or will make my job harder if i tell the insurance company. and i cant think of any other options.anyone pls help. Your property is valuable to you. That is more important than what your employer has to say. What are you getting insurance to cover? The company that you work for should be covered with the proper insurance that covers you driving your vehicle during working hours and covers their property in your vehicle being transported. The company you're working for should offer you a copy of their policy that cleary states that it covers "empoyee's use of their own vehicle" and "transportation of property". You would keep this in your vehicle in case of an accident along with your own insurance policy. You cannot lie for your job to your insurance. If there was an accident in route, you are correct, they could refuse to pay for the damage! |
