This is for lawyers?

ok how does a child that might be pregnant marry the boy she is pregnant by without their permission. she is under age he is 20. i have heard there is a process called emancipation that as long as you have proof and a place to go and a job you can do it. i have all three. but if i make under 18000 a year would i qualify for some type of insurance because i have epilesy and my meds cost about 600 every 90 days not including dr bills

i live in alabama btw

Emancipation is a legal way for children to become adults before they're 18. Once a child is emancipated, his or her parents don't have custody or control of him or her anymore.

If you are emancipated, you can do some things without your parent's permission, like get medical care, apply for a work permit, sign up for school or college and Live where you want to.

If you are emancipated, you will give up the right to be supported by your parents.

Even if you are emancipated, some states require you to go to school and some still won't allow you to get married without your parent's permission.

The laws vary by state, so you need to contact a local attorney for more information rather than relying on the information you receive here.

OMG....I can't wait to see them both on Jerry Springer.

The smartest these two could do is separate and get the kid aborted. There's still a slim chance they could have some fragment of a good life.

So, one more baby and baby momma that I have to support.
