Got a parking ticket help? handicapped parking by accident?

hey i accidentally parked in the handicapped parking on my street because i was not paying attention. when i went out later i saw i had a ticket and realized what happened. so i called my mom and told her what happened because i am not insured on that car. then she went to city hall and pleaded not guilty is that bad she said she could not see the sign. should she have pleaded not guilty plz help what should we do.

she is pretending that she parked becuz i am not allowed to drive becuz i am not on the insurance

Well, how nice that your mom is teaching you to commit perjury.

You should pay the ticket. Your mother should not continue to lie to a court of law.
