Subject Access Report? |
Does anybody know the difference between Subject Access and CRB? i.e. in regards to information held and/or retrievable. I was taken to court over the IN10 and issued with a 2 week ban instead of points and reduced fine from 拢250ish to 拢25, if this counts as a prosecution/conviction for the purposes of my question. Thanks A SAR is something you can request from any company to see what data they hold on you. Interestingly this covers both paper information as well as digital images. So if youre ever spotted by CCTV then you can pay a small sum and get a copy of the information. Now there are exceptions to a SAR, one being credit ref agencies in the UK and also some government bodies. |
