Subject Access Report?

Does anybody know the difference between Subject Access and CRB? i.e. in regards to information held and/or retrievable.
Also in relation to a previous question, will an IN10 for driving with no insurance show up on either of these/one but not the other?
Thanks

I was taken to court over the IN10 and issued with a 2 week ban instead of points and reduced fine from 拢250ish to 拢25, if this counts as a prosecution/conviction for the purposes of my question. Thanks

A SAR is something you can request from any company to see what data they hold on you. Interestingly this covers both paper information as well as digital images. So if youre ever spotted by CCTV then you can pay a small sum and get a copy of the information. Now there are exceptions to a SAR, one being credit ref agencies in the UK and also some government bodies.

A CRB as I understand it has all criminal records held on you. Im not sure if an IN10 is a criminal record and would therefore show on one of these checks.

Hope this helps
