Suspended license...how to get them back after 6 years?

My license was suspended 6 six years ago due to no insurance. I need them back now. My husband has had insurance since we've been married. How can get my licenseback? Will I go jail if I go to the judge to ask for them to be reinstated? I haven't been pulled over driving since they were suspended. What can I tell the judge? I was broke and scared of jail is why I didn't go a long time ago.

Suspended six years for no insurance? How about the rest of the story?

How long was your license suspended for? I can't imagine that it was suspended for 6 whole years, so all you need to do is go to the DMV and reapply for your license. There will be a reinstatement fee.

Would be in your best interest to avoid going to jail and have an arrest record to hire an attorney to represent you and plead to a lesser charge and show you are now a responsible person.

No. You'll not go to Jail. You just have to pay reinstate fee and you'll receive your license with in no time. You don't even have to see a judge...Just go to DMV and ask them to reinstate.trust me
