What happens in a lawsuit if my insurance does not cover all of the medical bills of the other person? |
I am at fault and hit a couple on a motorcycle. They (THANK GOD) did not have any life threatening injuries. Just wondering what will happen if they do decide to sue? you will be responsible for any judgments beyond what your insurance policy covers. |
