If you have a canadian social security or social insurance can you use it to work in the united states?

No, you will have to apply with the US authorities to get US documentation in order to be able to work in the US.

Of course not! And US citizens cannot use US SSNs to get jobs in Canada.

You cannot work in the US without a visa in a category that permits you to work. If you enter on the visa waiver (VWP), you cannot even look for work, or do anything which indicates you intend or are preparing to stay.

Find a job in Canada. There aren't anymore here anyway.
