I was approached by an investigator from AIG (a property mortgage insurance company)...? |
... the investigator is inquiring about a mortgage that I am no long able to pay. Any clues why exactly he is investigating me? What could this lead to? He is investigating you because you are not paying off your mortgage as you agreed to do. I can't figure out why you think this is strange, or don't understand it. You owe a lot of money, what do you think they should do, tell you to forget about it? I took out a loan with them and when my husband left me I was unable to pay for the loan.....they came to my house and everything...I just didn't let them in.....and now its a charge off on my credit...........which sucks...but I couldn't help it. they at some point if its ur morgage company will try to take ur house....claim bankruptcy....but you'll have to put down a large payment on the house to keep it.....good luck Is your mortgage with AIG? Could be they want to know why you're not paying your mortgage. |
