how can insurance companies have different rates for sex/gender but not for race? tracey you are wrong Their policy's -- they get to set the conditions. Insurance companies in my state can't do that due to Title IX (Title 9). Thier rates have to be the same for both females and males. What can effect the rate is age, location, education, school grades, marital status, etc. |
