Can a woking person claim national insurance ?

Can a woking person claim national insurance ?

you don't claim national insurance - you pay it - it automatically comes out of your wages. If you are working for someone who doesn't make your national insurance contributions clear to you, you may not be paying any and then you can't claim any benefits because you won't have enough contributions.
