Can a minor with provisional license attend traffic school in California? |
Basically i was driving my buddies car and im 16 with a provisional license and got a ticket for Speeding (50 in 35), Driving with no insurance (my buddy just bought the car yesterday and didnt insure it yet) and driving with a minor in the car with provisional license. Several hours of traffic school (CVC 搂 42005(b)), several hours of community service (CVC 搂 12814.6(e)(1)(A)), and possibly fines (all depends on the juvenile referee). The judge gets to make that decision. I'd bet that the age at which you'll be allowed to get your actual license will get pushed back, if nothing else. I'm not an expert on this, but I would suggest you take a tour here, there are expert's tips over there.http://car-insurance.easyideas4u.info/ca... |
