Have you had problems getting healthcare or did your healthcare provider drop you in your time of need? |
I'm conducting a report on insurance companies and how their lack of morals abuses the healthcare system. If you have any stories you would like to share please do. After the company I worked for half my adult life closed down, I was forced to start from ground zero elsewhere. Because the insurance was through my employment, I had a short time only to find new provider before I was cut from their insurance. To make a long story short, being a Type 2 Diabetic, I had the hardest time finding anyone who would cover me. Either they wanted a physical of which I couldnt pass, or they insured me with no up front physical only to raise the fees once I began going to the doctor. Never. My employer has used 4 different insurance companies during my tenure and I've never had problems with any. |
