Are there any cases of insurance fraud in which someone slammed brakes so that they could be hit from behind? |
any case that could help me. Another driver slammed on there brakes in which I was unable to avoid the collision. According to the damage the officer was able to recognize that I wasnt speeding. He shown resonable doubt therefore he didnt give me a ticket of citation. A week later I call the other parties insurance party to complain about my vehicles damage. I was told that the driver in who which slammed on her brakes hadnt even yet contacted her insurance company to report the accidents. Three weeks later I recieve a letter in referance to a claim placed by the fraudulant driver..... There is a very common scheme called a "swoop and squat". Basically a car will cut you off so quickly that you can not stop quickly enough and rear end them. I would do an internet search of that and see what you can come up with. I hope this helps. You are and welcome to America! |
