Need advice on speeding ticket?

I got a speeding ticket and I honestly cannot afford the ticket, the insurance premiums and the points on my license. If i plead not guilty what are the chances that the court or DA will reduce the charges and fines?

The only way you really get the points reduced is to plead guilty typically... Otherwise, you can go to trial and then they will probably enforce the full punishment for the ticket...

Unless you have a really solid reason why you shouldn't be guilty, you'll probably wind up paying more in the long run.

All things you should have thought of BEFORE breaking the law.
But, we all know the extra 30 seconds you saved was worth it, right?

As far as a plea, you do not provide enough info to even hazard a guess. It all depends on your prior record, exactly how fast you where going and the court itself. Yes, courts do offer pleas, but much goes into the decision.

Just pay the fine but then you can do an online traffic school and it won't go on your record.
